MEET YOUR TRANSFORMATION COACH TRONCAIS (TRON-SAY)

Troncais is the founder and head coach of DWS Fitness Studio, a transformation-focused women’s gym in Dallas dedicated to helping people create lasting change in both body and mind. As a published author and mindset + self-awareness speaker, Troncais brings a unique depth to the world of fitness—blending mental clarity with physical strength to fuel whole-person transformation.

With a deep passion for making health and wellness accessible and sustainable, he has spent nearly a decade guiding individuals toward powerful breakthroughs—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Since launching DWS Fitness Studio, Troncais has led over 1,000 clients through life-changing fitness journeys by developing personalized, goal-specific training programs. His approach is rooted in simplicity, clarity, and empathy. He pinpoints the habits and patterns that hold people back and offers realistic strategies to overcome them—strategies that fit within each person’s current lifestyle, not outside of it.

In addition to helping everyday women transform their bodies and lives, Troncais has coached amateur bodybuilders to professional status, guiding them through competition prep, physique development, and elite peak-week programming. His ability to balance performance and mindset has made him a trusted coach for both first-time competitors and seasoned athletes.

    • This is a demo of first weeks check in pictures!! Send to email!! you will send in once a week on the same day., Make sure your background is clear and you have on a swimsuit or sports bra and underwear if female, if “Male” send pic/vid in Boxer briefs or small shorts please do not cover your face and make sure of good lighting, Capture BOTH side views ,front and back..also take a video of you doing a 360 turn with arms out straight or behind head.. meal recommendation will be based off body type and adjustments Will be made as we go..
